Saxum Medical Services was co-founded by Mercedes Nuncio, CEO and Ruben J.  Almanza, M.D. Dr. Almanza is board certified in Family Medicine and has been in practice for the past 18 years.

We do not accept any health insurances, however, we encourage our patients to have a health plan to cover catastrophic costs that are associated with hospitalization or surgery.

By eliminating insurance companies, we are able to minimize costs that are usually associated with billing and filling for the health insurance. In doing so, we can then pass on the savings to our patients.
